Transgenders to be accepted in military from January 1: US court orders
US district court has ordered the military of the country to take transgender members into their rank by January 1. US District court judge colleen Kollar-Kotelly of District of Columbia issued a clarification to US military, her injunction forces the military to adhere to policies laid down by former President Barack Obama, which says transgender people to enlist in military service from 1st January 2018. after partially blocking President Donald Trump's ban on transgenders serving in the US military last month. Trump ordered the military of US to stop the enlistment of transgenders and halt the use of funds to pay for gender transition-related surgery.
