Obama Meets PM Narendra Modi Conducts Town hall event




Former US President Barack Obama is conducting a town hall event in Delhi for the Obama foundation, where he will interact with an estimated 280 young leaders from across India. The Town hall will be expand the conversation about what it means to be an active citizen and makes an impact and how the Obama foundation can support emerging leaders in this effort. Obama talks about the negative aspects of technology .Application of that knowledge is what makes the difference. The danger of technology is that it isolates people. The Town Hall can be streamed lived at Obama.org, on the Obama Foundation’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. Obama also talked about the role of mentor ship. I think part of the reason I consider the Idea of mentor ship important is the absence of mentors during my childhood. India and US have common set of goals. India played a key role during the Paris accord on climate change. It was not only politically difficult but a right thing to do.
