Chhetri marries Mohan Bagan legend daughter Sonam Bhattacharya




Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri married his Girlfriend and Mohan Bagan legend Subraat Bhattacharya's daughter, Sonam Bhattacharya, in Kolkata club yesterday. Chhetri turned smartly in a traditional Nepali attire, he rode to the wedding hall on a horse, and later changed into a printed sherwani as per Bengali tradition. On other hand Sonam was resplendent in a red and golden saree, and was seen smiling throughout the wedding ceremony. Chhetri plies his trade for Bengaluru FC and is currently playing in the fourth edition of ISL. Wedding ceremony took place after Bengaluru FC's away game against FC Goa which they lost 3-4. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, several ministers and former soccer stars like Chuni Goswami, Renedy Singh, etc graces the occasion. The reception will be held on December 24 in Bengaluru.
